The BPP aims to create new sustainable and productive communities through securing tenure and livelihood of existing forest occupant and informal settler families, along the provision of various community development interventions. The program will provide safe and decent housing through the promotion of sustainable management of resources, uplifting the community’s social and economic status.

Its phases of implementation include identification of settlers, site preparation, masterplan development, resource mobilization, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation

The people’s organization created will be responsible in managing the interventions provided. They will be capacitated and strengthened to be equipped with the challenges to be faced in implementation of this program.
